The Governing Body

The School is owned and governed by the City of London. The Board of Governors is a Committee of Aldermen and members of the Court of Common Council, appointed by the Court together with up to three co-opted educationalists.

The Headmaster, Mr D R Levin, is the Chairman of the Headmasters' and Headmistresses' Conference in 2010/2011 and City of London School belongs to the International Boys' Schools Coalition, ISBC.
